The accommodation is set over 2 levels with the living area on the top floor to take advantage of the views via a 4m wide patio window and balcony.

Top Floor

The top floor is set out as an open plan living space including a lounge, dining area and kitchen, which is equipped to the highest levels.

New kitchen appliances include Bosch oven, microwave, washer dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and the lounge has a corner sofa, feature chair and entertainment unit.

Ground Floor

3 Bedrooms, Ensuite and Bathroom

The ground level, consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite shower room and patio doors leading to a private outside area with wonderful views across the beach.

The second bedroom can be set up as a twin or zipped super king bedroom. Both have a Smart TV on the wall.  The third bedroom has built in bunks, with full size 3ft mattresses and storage areas.

TECHNOLOGY and entertainment

Unlimited broadband and wireless technology give guests access to online TV via Smart TV's or in the lounge a Smart bluray DVD player.

A Wii games console and 50 family DVD's are included along with traditional board games and books.

Outside

PARKING AND STORAGE AREA

Outside is private parking with your own designated parking spot, a shared seating area overlooking the beach and a large communal storage area ideal for surf boards, kayaks, deck chairs and beach equipment. This storage area also has a cold shower facility for after sea wash down.
