Fabulous beach front stay! We stayed here for a week with our 3 children and it was fabulous. The apartment is lovely, modern and extremely well appointed with everything you need for a beach-side family vacation. The location is brilliant as It is situated right on Porth Beach so you can literally walk down the stairs and be on the beach. It even has wetsuits and beach toys.

There are plenty of incredible walks along the coastline. Both the owner and the housekeeper were extremely responsive to any inquiry. We will visit again!

Relaxing break with an amazing view I booked Sandpiper as a weekend birthday celebration with family and we were all totally wowed by the location and fittings in the house. After a late evening flight from Gatwick and a 10 minute transfer from a very efficient local taxi, we arrived at Sandpiper, housekeeping instructions covered everything and we had no issues, tired we opened the balcony doors to watch the last of the light disappear from Porth Beach - stunning and very relaxing. We celebrated the following night with a meal in Lusty Glaze restaurant in the neighbouring cove a short stroll (and a fair few steps!) away, the views and interior were amazing and the food very good too. We walked everywhere and there is plenty to do - Newquay zoo, mini golf, land train and a trip into Newquay to name but a few. The house itself is fully equipped and has plenty of mugs and glasses to go round. Bedrooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. The open plan living area with stair gate up was ideal for the littlest crawling member of our family. To sum up we all agreed the house and location could not be bettered and I congratulated myself on finding Sandpiper! Would love to return

I honestly don't even know where to start! What a beautiful place!

The decor is beautiful whilst the apartment still has a lovely homely feel to it. We were very fortunate and had beautiful weather but had we needed activities to do indoors, Joanne has thought of everything. Board games, jigsaw puzzles, DVDs and even a Wii console which we enjoyed playing with on our final evening.

The facilities itself are fantastic. The kitchen is full of everything you could possibly need (including a welcome pack with a bottle of wine which was a wonderful surprise when we arrived!) There was even a stair gate which was a lifesaver as my toddler is currently obsessed with stairs and saved me constantly having to chase him away to avoid accidents.

We walked everywhere as the location is just perfect. We didnt spend much time on the beach as we chose to venture into Newquay most days, but the time we did spend out there was lovely. The beach is clean, manned by lifeguards and lovely to idly sit and watch the children playing.

I cannot recommend the apartment enough! We will most definitely be back and I have recommended to all of my Newquay loving friends and family.

Fabulous. Fabulous comfortable apartment that is fully equipped. Stunning outlook over Porth beach. 45 minutes walk into Newquay. Estella Morada tapas restaurant on hand. We'll definitely stay here again.
