A beautiful apartment in the perfect location.

it was a fabulous break away from the rat-race. A beautiful apartment in the perfect location. In summer, it would be perfect for a family break with kids to play on the beach not 30 feet away. I cannot praise it highly enough. Well appointed, beautifully decorated and with a view to die (or kill) for. Added to that the quietly busy beach even in off season, with dog-walkers and a few surfers, and watching the breakers during the tail end of the Ophelia storm, it was a marvellously relaxing holiday.

Great property, stunning location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The views from upstairs are amazing and the beach is on the doorstep! The house itself is beautifully presented with spacious bedrooms, good sized bathrooms, a fantastic open plan kitchen and living area which gave us all plenty of space to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Porth beach. Also having access to the equipment cupboard was really helpful which housed a shower, wet suits, body boards, buckets and spades etc. Would definitely recommend this place.

Location, Location , Location !!!! Wow! Where do I start? The location could not be bettered as its literally yards from a safe sandy beach. The views from lounge are stunning. I took endless photos of sunsets... We were a family of 3 generations and my 2 grand daughters 5 and 8 years adored it here. They paddled and made sand castles and tried to surf, yards from the house. The house is luxurious and had everything you need. Fantastic kitchen , even the hob had remote for the extractor fan and lighting. Beds extremely comfortable and bathrooms well fitted. There is a pub on the beach, an excellent Tapas bar, a tea house and two cafes, excellent for such a small place. Would recommend to anyone . You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic apartment with amazing view...highly recommend!!!!!!!!! Fabulous trendy apartment with the most spectacular view...even the great photos on trip advisor don't do it justice. We were delighted with every aspect of our stay. I deliberately chose a beautiful apartment with great views in case it rained. We were a bit unlucky with the weather but it wasn't a problem as I thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in this lovely apartment and could still enjoy the views. It was well stocked with every kitchen appliance etc you could want. Everything was top quality from the beautiful ceiling lighting to the wooden flooring. It is extremely spacious for a sea front condo. There were only 4 of us staying in it but it would easily feel very roomy still with 6. I really can't fault this place. It is managed by a delightful lady,Karen who is available if you have any queries. We also found Porth to be a great hub from which to explore nearby places of interest i.e. padstow and the Doc Martin port Isaac. I will certainly be returning next year.

Unbelievably good! The whole property is finished to an amazing standard and seemed to have just about everything that you could ever dream of wanting, comfortably sleeping 6. Location is super- right on the beach and far enough away from Newquay itself while only being a short walk away. Honestly have no idea how we were able to afford this place!

Short Stay in Newquay This is the second time we have stayed in this property and the facilities, location and convenience are fantastic. Provides everything you need for a short or long vacation and we will definitely be looking to rent again next year. Thanks Joanna for the welcome pack!

A week in porth This was amazing time in porth in a lovely house that was so close to the beach. The views morning through to night were amazing. The house is stylish and has everything you could possibly want home from home and is kept to a very high level. We will be going again and again as my whole family had the best time ever.

Gorgeous high spec beachfront home Had a lovely short break with our 1 year old. Beach on your doorstep and a wonderfully well appointed home with all the mod cons we could need. The weather was unfortunately pretty terrible but what a lovely place from which to sit and watch the rainy world go by. We will be back!!

Beach side R&R This property didn't disapppoint! Owners thought of everything. We could not have asked for more. Over all an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
