Fabulous Absolutely perfect, house had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The welcome package was most welcome, beds really comfy being right on the beach we all enjoyed lazy mornings, no rushing and beautiful sunsets. The cage for storing wet gear was perfect. 20 minute stroll into Newquay which was ideal, the 2 older girls could go on their own and spend their holiday money! Lusty glaze a short walk away and down lots! of steps was gorgeous had a fun day with hired surf boards and we treated ourselves to a wonderful dinner on our final night. The weather was brilliant so my plans for exploring cornwall because "it's bound to rain" consisted of beaches and rock pools perfect - we will have to come back to discover more

A little bit of luxury that was clean and comfy with views to die for 🙂 Visited early October with grown up kids Easy booking process and good communication with the owner. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable ( soft) and we all slept well without any noise disturbances Lovely touch of a food/wine hamper and kitchen had everything you could require and all of high quality. 3 network worked well and so did wifi. There is a separate shared store room where you can leave your surfboard etc in a lockable unit. We had no problem parking in the space provided directly in front of this house and we were able to use the guest space as well as it was a quiet time of year. The view over Porth beach and sea provided plenty of opportunity for people watching and this ever changing scene kept me amused for ages 🙂 The view is truely FAB. House was warm with underfloor heating and plenty of hot water at all times. Tv in each bedroom if you want that and a large flat screen in the lounge although we didn't use any as we were there to relax in the evenings after surfing. The games provided were most appreciated. Security deposit was repaid within 24 hrs. 10 minutes walk over the headland to Lusty Glaze to surf and the restaurant where we had a really nice meal in a very nice relaxing atmosphere. The Tapas bar oppposite the Mermaid pub did delicious food although unfortunately the man serving (owner?) was not very inviting and made no effort with customer service, which put us off going again. Such a shame as the food was really good. The Mermaid pub was quite nice and under a 5 minutes walk across the sand...take a torch though for walking back along the beach or else you may disappear down a child's dug out hole! Would definitely stay again in such a good quality, well cared for, clean home...5* 🙂

Amazing Amazing week, amazing apartment, amazing memories. The apartment was 5 star home from home, beach right on our doorstep will definitely be back.

Lovely beach front apartment with exceptional views. A gorgeous beach front apartment with wonderful amenities. Nice and clean and a fully equipped kitchen. Could do with a few more hooks for towels downstairs as only one in each bedroom. We struggled with parking a bit which was disappointing as we checked this out before we booked. We had 2 cars as travelling from different parts of the country and my father in law has restricted mobility and although the apartment was fine for this the lack of parking was a problem as there is only 1 guest parking for all the cottages so we were on tender hooks on where to park the 2nd car as not sure which apartments had a free space if not occupied. My mother in law got a stern taking to from resident in another apartment which this kind of spoiled things for us a bit.

Beyond superb! Absolutely excellent accommodation, everything you could wish for and more! And the view from the balcony is beyond words. Literally yards away from the beach and furnished to an extremely high standard. I can't recommend it highly enough and I can't wait for my next visit!
